陈富财今年47岁,文化不高,但对调味品制作很有研究。几年来,他把祖传的二十多种调味品配方进行筛选、创新,调制出卤菜调料、清炖调料、调汤调料、清炖牛、羊、狗肉调料、香酥鸡香酥鸭调料、烧烤调料、涮羊肉调料、火锅调料等等,共计一百多个品种。其特点是香味纯正、无异味、口感适众。陈富财说:“调制调味品.特别讲究配方,什么东西能除腥味、什么东西能去油腻,用量一定要准确,多了不行,少了也不行,比如鲜姜,放适量就增香,放多了就有苦涩味。”陈富财用来配制调味品的原料全都是贵州的特产,有中草
