实验室以硝酸铝与碳酸氢铵为主要原料通过溶胶凝胶法在干燥温度为60℃条件下研制了介孔纳米活性氧化铝,样品的比表面积达415.1 m2/g。将该介孔纳米活性氧化铝材料用于自行建设的太阳能固体除湿实验平台进行除湿和再生实验,发现其具有优越的除湿和再生性能,当再生温度为57℃左右时再生效率最高,在50~60℃区间内DCOP值在0.8以上,可利用太阳能等低品位能作再生热源。
The mesoporous nano-activated alumina was prepared by sol-gel method with aluminum nitrate and ammonium bicarbonate as the main raw materials at the drying temperature of 60 ℃. The specific surface area of the sample was 415.1 m2 / g. The mesoporous nano-activated alumina material for self-built solar solid dehumidification experimental platform for dehumidification and regeneration experiments and found that it has excellent dehumidification and regeneration performance, when the regeneration temperature is about 57 ℃ when the regeneration efficiency is highest, at 50 ~ 60 ℃ DCOP value within the range of 0.8 or more, can use low-grade solar energy can be used as a renewable heat source.
