(三)框架柱1.框架柱纵向受力钢筋配筋率 A_s/b_(?)h。为了避免地震作用下柱过早地进入屈服,并保证有较大的屈眼变形,必须规定框架柱的最小配筋率。但纵向钢筋配筋率越高,延性就越差,容易发生剪切破坏和粘结破坏。日本研究结果认为,对于λ=1.5~3的构件受拉钢筋百分率宜限制在1%以下。各国规范对纵向钢筋配筋率(%)的规定见表19。

In order to avoid premature entry of the column into the yield under earthquake, and to ensure a large deformation of the eye, the minimum reinforcement ratio of the frame column must be specified. However, the higher the ratio of reinforcement in the longitudinal reinforcement, the worse the ductility, and the occurrence of shear failure and adhesion failure. According to the results of the Japanese study, the percentage of tension reinforcement for components with λ=1.5 to 3 should be limited to 1% or less. The provisions of the national regulations on the ratio of reinforcement for longitudinal reinforcement (%) are shown in Table 19.
