注高压氮气是用于裂缝性厚碳酸盐岩储层的提高采收率工艺。该储层含有轻油 ,轻油下面有无限大含水层。注氮气的目的是保持储层压力 ,以经济地提高最终原油采收率。本文描述了注氮气前进行的一些评价研究 :①细管驱替试验显示 ,在氮气前注一C2 ~C6 烃溶剂窄带将最小混相压力(MMP)从 5 30 0lb/in2 降低到了 35 0 0lb/in2 ,大约降低了 34% ;②用 1m长、渗透率为10mD的均质岩心进行了采油试验 ,在 35 0 0lb/in2 注入压力下注 1 2PV (孔隙体积 )氮气达到混相时 ,采收率提高了 15 % ;③在混相条件下在该油田的单井中进行的注氮气试验显示 ,平均日采油量增加了 3m3。
Note High pressure nitrogen is an enhanced oil recovery process used in fractured thick carbonate reservoirs. The reservoir contains light oil, which has an infinite aquifer below the light oil. The purpose of nitrogen injection is to maintain reservoir pressure to economically increase the ultimate oil recovery. In this paper, some evaluation studies before nitrogen injection are described: (1) The thin-tube displacement test shows that narrowing the minimum misorientation pressure (MMP) from 5300 lb / in2 to 3500 lb / in2, a decrease of about 34%. ② Oil recovery tests were carried out on a 1m long, homogeneous core with a permeability of 10mD. When a nitrogen gas of 1 2 PV (pore volume) was injected into the mixed phase at a pressure of 350 lbs / in2, Increased by 15%. ③The nitrogen injection test conducted in the single well in the oilfield under the mixed phase condition showed that the average daily oil production increased by 3m3.
