私人档案和公共档案都是国家档案信息的重要组成部分,是国家重要历史文化遗产。如何保护私人档案这一珍贵的历史文化资源,发挥其在社会主义建设中的价值与作用,是我国档案事业光荣而神圣的历史使命。本文旨在通过对中、法两国《档案法》关于私人档案管理制度的比较研究,提出完善我国私人档案管理制度的有效建议。
Private files and public files are all important parts of the national archive information and are important historical and cultural heritage of the country. How to protect the precious historical and cultural resources of private archives and to exert its value and role in the socialist construction is the glorious and sacred historical mission of archiving in our country. The purpose of this paper is to put forward some effective suggestions on how to improve the system of private archives management in China through the comparative study of the Archives Law of China and France about the system of private archives management.
