菜子油是我国人民的主要食用油之一,近三十年来大量的动物实验报导了高芥酸菜子油(HEAR)的动物毒性作用,因此引起了人们的注意,国外培育和生产的低芥酸菜子油(LEAR)就是为了减低HEAR可能的不利影响而采取的措施之一,中国农科院已培育出了低芥酸菜子油品种。为了(1)对此新的油料进行营养价值的评定(2)探讨在HEAR中加入玉米油和猪油后的营养价值,乃进行了本实验。整个实验分二个部分:即短期(8天)饲养和长期(15
Rapeseed oil is one of the main edible oils of our people. In recent thirty years, a large number of animal experiments have reported the animal toxicity of high-erucic rapeseed oil (HEAR), which has drawn people’s attention. The cultivation and production of low erucic LEARE is one of the measures taken to reduce the possible adverse effects of HEAR, and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences has cultivated canola oil varieties.
