前不久,中国电子商务法律网受中央电视台邀请,以专家身份参与了中央电视台一套《今日说法》节目,就有关网络欺诈、网络诈骗等问题进行了解答。在解答中发现当前有关网络欺诈、网络诈骗确实比较突出,在该节目《虚拟的承诺》中选取的案例也很有代表性。现将此次节目中有关解答进行了整理,并进行了归纳总结,以问答形式列出,希望为广大消费者在参与电子商务的过程中提供有益的参考。
Not long ago, China Electronic Commerce Law Network was invited by CCTV to participate as an expert in a set of “Today’s Sayings” program of CCTV to answer questions about online fraud and online fraud. In the solution, it was found that the current frauds and cyber-frauds are quite prominent. The cases selected in the program “virtual promises” are also very representative.
