交通部颁布的《道路运输从业人员管理规定》(以下简称新规定),规定要求交通主管部门和道路运输管理机构向社会提供相关从业信息的查询服务,建立从业人员违章信息公告和查阅制度,以保障公民平安出行。新规定在实施道路运输从业资格的管理方式上更具人性化。与旧规定相比新规定有着五大变化
