目的:研究鹅不食草Centipeda minima化学成分。方法:利用硅胶色谱,Sephadex LH-20色谱和反相HPLC等手段进行分离纯化,应用NMR等方法鉴定结构。结果:从鹅不食草中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别鉴定为(-)-cis-chrysanthe-nol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),methy 3,5-dicaffeoylquinate(2),3,5-Di-O-caffeoyl quinicacid(3),tricin(4),2-amino-4-methyl-pen-tanoicacid(5),2-amino-3-phenyl-propionic acid(6),4-amino-4-carboxychroman-2-one(7),brevilin-A(8),arnicolide C(9),arnicol-ide D(10)。结论:其中化合物1~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Centipeda minima Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase HPLC. The structures were identified by NMR and other methods. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and identified from the non-herbivorous Goosegrass and identified as (-) - cis-chrysanthe-nol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), methy 3,5-dicaffeoylquinate (4), 2-amino-4-methyl-pen-tanoicacid (5), 2- amino-3-phenyl- propionic acid -4-carboxychroman-2-one (7), brevilin-A (8), arnicolide C (9), and arnicol-ide D (10). Conclusion: Compounds 1-7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
