The generation and development of new real estate vocabulary is inseparable from China’s national conditions. This article will classify this glossary and present it in a sociolinguistic analysis. Based on the status and influence of this vocabulary group, the author believes that the problem of entering the classics is worth discussing and puts forward suggestions for practical operation.
