俗话说:“民以食为天。”食品安全是体现一个国家人民生活质量和幸福指数最基本的要素。然而,近年来我国食品特别是乳品质量问题频发,严重威胁了人民的身体健康和生命安全,保障乳品质量安全迫在眉睫。当前,我国乳品生产实行“奶农—奶站—奶商”三级供应链模式,三个环节存在不同程度的安全隐患,加之监管不到位,致使乳品质量缺乏有效保障。本文拟从扩大生产规模、提高管理水平、重塑企业形象、发挥监管作用四个方面探讨保障乳品质量安全的基本途径。
As the saying goes: “Food is the world.” Food safety is the most basic element that reflects the quality of life and happiness of a country’s people. However, in recent years, the frequent occurrence of food quality problems in our country, especially dairy products, has posed a serious threat to the health and safety of the people and the protection of the quality and safety of dairy products is imminent. At present, China’s dairy production implements the three-tier supply chain model of “dairy farmers - dairy stations - milk manufacturers”. There are different levels of potential safety hazards in the three sectors. In addition, the supervision is not in place and the quality of dairy products is not effectively guaranteed. This article intends to explore the basic ways to ensure the quality and safety of dairy products from four aspects: expanding the scale of production, raising the level of management, reshaping the corporate image and exerting the regulatory role.
