近年来,我省非公有制经济从少到多,从小到大,呈现出持续、快速、健康发展的良好势头,已连续7年增长30%以上,创造的经济总量占全省经济总量的1/3,出现了一批高科技型和外向型私营企业,在探索现代企业管理模式、建立现代企业制度方面取得了初步成效,已经成为我省经济建设的一支生力军和重要的经济增长点。但是,同沿海经济比较发达的省市相比,同全国发展非公有制经济的形势相比,同全省经济发展的内在要求相比,差距还很大,存在的问题还很多,必须进一步解放思想,切实加大工作力度,把发展非公有制经济全面推上“快车道”。
In recent years, the non-public ownership economy in our province grew from small to large and from small to large, showing a good momentum of sustained, rapid and healthy development. It has grown by 30% or more for the past seven years. The total economic output created by the province accounts for the total economic output of the province 1/3, a number of high-tech and export-oriented private enterprises have emerged. They have achieved initial success in exploring the modern enterprise management mode and establishing a modern enterprise system. They have become a new force in the economic construction and an important economic growth point . However, compared with the relatively developed coastal provinces and municipalities, compared with the situation of developing the non-public economy in the whole country, the gap is still huge compared with the inherent requirements of the province’s economic development. There are still many problems and we must further emancipate our minds We will earnestly step up our efforts to push the development of the non-public sector of the economy on the “fast track” in an all-round way.
