通过根箱模拟试验,利用分室法及多隔层法研究了接种根瘤菌ACCC16101和ACCC16103对豌豆籽粒产量和根际微生物数量的影响。结果表明:ACCC16103对根际细菌、真菌数量的影响程度大于ACCC16101,对放线菌数量的影响程度小于ACCC16101;ACCC16103接种显著提高了生殖生长阶段根际细菌的数量,降低了该阶段放线菌的数量;接种ACCC16101和ACCC16103利于土壤向细菌型转变,ACCC16103对细菌/真菌比值提高的程度更大;接种ACCC16103显著提高了豌豆籽粒的产量;籽粒的产量与盛花期的细菌数量显著正相关。
The effects of inoculating rhizobia strains ACCC16101 and ACCC16103 on pea grain yield and rhizosphere microbe quantity were studied by the root box simulating experiment. The results showed that the effect of ACCC16103 on the number of rhizosphere bacteria and fungi was greater than that of ACCC16101 and the impact of ACCC16103 on the number of actinomycetes was less than that of ACCC16101. The inoculation of ACCC16103 significantly increased the number of rhizobacteria in reproductive growth phase and decreased the number of actinomycetes ACCC16103 increased the ratio of bacteria to fungi. Inoculation of ACCC16103 significantly increased the yield of pea seeds. The grain yield was significantly and positively correlated with the number of bacteria in full bloom.
