采用水培法,研究铝钙交互作用对1年生杉木幼苗根、茎、叶中金属养分钾、钙、镁、铁含量变化的影响,从养分吸收角度探讨钙对杉木铝毒的缓解作用。结果表明:不同摩尔浓度铝钙比(Al/0Ca,Al/1Ca,Al/2Ca,Al/3Ca),及胁迫时间处理对杉木幼苗中钾、钙、镁、铁含量具有显著的影响。随着铝钙摩尔比的下降,杉木幼苗叶、茎、根中钾含量总体呈下降趋势,而钙、镁、铁含量总体呈上升趋势,且随着胁迫时间的延长,这种变化趋势愈发明显。高钙可改善杉木幼苗在低铝胁迫下对金属养分的吸收和积累,从而缓解杉木铝毒。
The effects of calcium and aluminum on the changes of potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron contents in roots, stems and leaves of 1-year old Chinese fir seedlings were studied by hydroponics. The alleviation effects of calcium on Alzheimer’s disease were studied from the perspective of nutrient absorption. The results showed that Al, Ca, Al / 1Ca, Al / 2Ca and Al / 3Ca with different molar concentrations had significant effects on the content of potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron in Chinese fir seedlings. With the decrease of Al-Ca molar ratio, the contents of K in leaves, stems and roots of Chinese fir seedlings generally decreased while the content of Ca, Mg and Fe increased as a whole, and the trend became more and more with the prolongation of stress time obvious. High calcium can improve the Chinese fir seedlings under low aluminum stress on metal nutrient absorption and accumulation, thereby alleviating Chinese aluminum toxicity.
