在美国法律体系中,隐私权制度的形成和发展独树一帜。本文的目的在于借助对时空条件的考察以及理论观点的研究,解析美国隐私权制度的发展,探求社会经济变革与法制进步的相互联系。
In the American legal system, the formation and development of the privacy right is unique. The purpose of this article is to analyze the development of the privacy system in the United States and to explore the interrelationship between social and economic changes and the progress of the legal system through the study of the conditions of space and time as well as the theoretical perspectives.
