目的掌握无锡口岸医学媒介生物的本底情况,为制定有效的防控措施提供依据。方法 2011年1月—2014年12月,分别采用鼠夹法、诱蚊法、诱蝇笼法和蜚蠊诱捕盒等,定期对无锡口岸医学媒介情况进行调查。结果此次调查共捕获鼠类33只,经分类鉴定隶属于3属3种,优势种为小家鼠;捕获蚊类1 850只,经分类鉴定隶属于2属5种,以淡色库蚊为优势种;捕获蝇类3 451只,经分类鉴定隶属于4科10属12种,以大头金蝇为优势种;捕获蜚蠊153只,经分类鉴定隶属于1属1种。结论本次调查较全面地掌握了无锡口岸医学媒介生物本底和季节消长情况,为开展媒介生物防控及虫媒传染病预警工作提供了科学依据。
Objective To grasp the background of medical vector organisms in Wuxi Port and provide the basis for effective prevention and control measures. Methods From January 2011 to December 2014, the prevalence of medical media in Wuxi Port was investigated regularly by using mouse-trap method, mosquito-trap method, fly-trap method and cockroach trap box respectively. Results A total of 33 rodents were captured in this survey. Three species belonged to 3 genera and the dominant species were Mus musculus. A total of 1 850 mosquitoes were captured and classified into 2 genera and 5 species by classification. Culex pipiens pallens And 3 451 flies were caught. Among them, 12 species belonging to 10 genera and 4 families were identified, belonging to 10 genera and 4 families. The dominant species were goldfly, and 153 cockroaches were captured. Conclusion The survey comprehensively grasped the biological background and seasonal fluctuation of medical media in Wuxi Port and provided a scientific basis for early warning of vector biological control and insect-borne diseases.
