全国人大常委会办公厅主办的《人大工作通讯》,从1994年公开发行以来,在全国人大常委会领导的关怀和地方人大的支持下,认真贯彻办刊宗旨,及时传播党中央关于民主法制建设的指示精神和全国人大常委会的工作部署,积极宣传和交流地方人大的经验,努力研究、探讨人民代表大会制度建设的新情况、新问题,在社会上产生了一定的影响。我们召开《人大工作通讯》工作座谈会,就是希望继续得到地方人大更多的支持,使《人大工作通讯》办得更好。下面,就深刻领会依法治国方针,进一步加强社会主义民主法制宣传和办好《人大工作通讯》问题,谈几点意见。

We held a forum on “work communication of the NPC” in the hope of continuing to receive more support from the local people’s congress so that the “NPC Working Newsletters” could be better run. Now, I would like to make some comments on the profound understanding of the principle of governing the country according to law, further strengthening the publicity of the socialist democratic legal system and running “the work communication of the NPC.”
