在制造和重磨车刀时,往往要考虑车刀的横向截面和纵向截面内的前角和后角.在研究刀具切削部分的几何参数对切屑形成过程刀具的磨损的影响时,有时要考虑到付切削刃的前角和斜角.本文中根据这些角度的内在联系,提出它们的综合几何求法,并提出利用求角度全导数来确定这些角度的新方法,以供教学和科研时的参考。
When manufacturing and refurbishing turning tools, it is often necessary to consider the rake and relief angles in the transverse and longitudinal sections of the turning tool. When studying the influence of the cutting geometry of the tool on the wear of the tool in chip formation, it is sometimes necessary to consider the rake and bevel angles of the cutting edge. In this paper, according to the internal relations of these angles, this paper puts forward their comprehensive geometric method and puts forward a new method to determine these angles by using the total derivation of angles for reference in teaching and research.
