目的了解实验室砷检测能力和质量控制水平,提高实验室检测结果的准确性和可比性。方法参照水质分析质量控制程序,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对尿中砷的测定进行分析误差预测。结果各种溶液测定的总标准差(st)均小于其水平的5%(W),总平均回收率可信限(R/d=0.97)在允许范围内,质量控制考核结果为满意。结论用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定尿中砷,实验室分析误差可控制在容许值内。
Objective To understand the laboratory arsenic detection ability and quality control level, to improve the accuracy and comparability of laboratory test results. Methods With reference to the quality control program of water quality analysis, the error of analysis of arsenic in urine was estimated by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results The total standard deviation (st) of each solution was less than 5% (W) and the total average recovery (R / d = 0.97) was within the allowable range. The results of quality control examination were satisfactory. Conclusion Determination of arsenic in urine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, laboratory analysis error can be controlled within the allowable value.
