魏启光从五十年代初期走上潮剧编剧岗位,到1984年逝世,始终与戏结缘,勤苦笔耕,自己写或与人合作编写的剧本大小近百个,多数饶有机趣,雅俗共赏,其中还不乏深刻生动之作,在舞台上久演不衰而成为优秀保留剧目。在长达30多年的剧作旅途中,他走着一条艰辛独特的路,他的为人以及剧作的成就和经验时时闪现在人们的脑海之中,成为一种精神的财富。
From the early 1950s, Wei Qiguang embarked on a screenwriter role in Chao Opera. After his death in 1984, he always worked closely with the opera. He worked hard on himself and wrote hundreds of scripts written by himself or cooperated with others. Most of them were interesting and popular, Vivid, long played on the stage and become outstanding retained repertoire. In the more than 30 years of play journey, he walked a difficult and unique way, his man and drama achievements and experience flashed in people’s minds from time to time, as a spiritual wealth.
