中央军委于2015年2月26日印发了《中央军委关于新形势下深入推进依法治军从严治军的决定》(下文简称《决定》),在《决定》中,习主席提出要构建完善中国特色军事法治体系,其中便包含了军事法治文化的建设。本文借《决定》实施一年之际,对军事法治文化的概念进行重新界定,分析军事法治文化的价值并根据笔者在军事院校中的学习经历和对基层军队的调研活动阐述对于军事法治文化建设路径的理解。
