针对传统的地面固定注浆系统注浆能力小、不能实现浆液各组分精确配比的缺陷,基于螺旋输送原理,设计了以双螺旋粉料输送计量秤为核心的水泥下料控制装置,实现了水泥粉以设定流量输送。葛泉矿东井的地面固定注浆系统应用水泥下料控制装置后,实现了水泥粉与单浆液的精确配比,保证了浆液的质量,大幅度提高了注浆能力,同时降低了注浆成本,确保了矿井的安全开采。
