针对燃油总管在测试试验过程中的基本要求,介绍了双工位燃油总管试验台的液压控制系统工作原理和试验方法,通过闭环压力控制系统实现了对燃油总管入口压力的精确控制,同时运用Visual Basic软件对试验台编制程序,达到对试验台自动控制测试的目的,通过试验表明该试验台设计合理,测试方法先进,自动化程度高,满足对燃油总管的测试要求。
In view of the basic requirements of the fuel manager in the test and test process, the working principle and test method of the hydraulic control system of the dual-station fuel manager test-bed are introduced. The closed-loop pressure control system is used to precisely control the inlet pressure of the fuel manager. Simultaneously, Basic software compiles the test bench to achieve the purpose of automatic control test on the test bench. The test shows that the test bench is reasonable in design, advanced in test method and high in automation to meet the testing requirements of the fuel mains.
