香港大学经济金融学院肖耿博士的专著《产权与中国的经济改革》在大陆十分风靡。肖耿博士曾师从于产权理论大师哈罗德·德姆塞茨(Harold Demsetz)教授,深得产权理论真谛。该书从理论和实践相结合的角度,运用产权理论来对中国经济问题进行分析,是一部不可多得的产权理论专著。
The book entitled “Property Rights and Economic Reform in China” by Dr. Xiao Geng from the Hong Kong University School of Economics and Finance is very popular in mainland China. Dr. Xiao Geng has taught at Harold Demsetz, a master of property rights theory, and won the essence of property theory. The book combines the theory and practice point of view, the use of property rights theory to analyze China’s economic problems, is a rare monograph of property rights theory.
