根据国家教委、劳动部等五个单位《关于开展岗位培训若干问题的意见》中“实行未经培训考试合格,不得上岗、晋升的制度”等有关精神,为配合机车车辆工业系统各企业开展好考工符级、考工定级工作以及满足广大工人同志自学和参加考工复习的需要,从本期起,我们将连载《机械工人考工基础知识题解》的部分内容。
