教师这一职业既是神圣的事业,同时也会因为工作重复单调、压力大等各方面的因素导致“新鲜感”丧失,而出现“七年之痒”。从自身教学的实际情况出发,结合相关理论研究,谈谈如何应对教学的七年之痒。
