目的：观察三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ），预防溃疡复发与再出血的远期疗效。方法：选择有ＨＰ感染的出血性十二指肠溃疡患者５８ 例，随机分为两组。治疗组３６ 例，用丽珠得乐冲剂、呋喃唑酮片剂、泰胃美片治疗２周；对照组２２例，单用泰胃美片治疗２周。疗程结束后，两组患者均再用泰胃美治疗２ 周，总疗程结束后４ 周及每半年复查胃镜和ＨＰ，定期随访２ 年。结果：治疗组和对照组溃疡愈合率分别为１００％ 和８１．８％ ，ＨＰ根除率分别为８０．５％ 和９．１％ 。随访２ 年后，治疗组溃疡复发率为１３．９％ ，再出血率为５．５％ ，对照组溃疡复发率为９０．９％ ，再出血率为４５．４％ ，两组溃疡复发率与再出血率比较有显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论：三联疗法具有较好的根除ＨＰ、明显减少溃疡复发和再出血发生的作用，具有较好的远期疗效
Objective: To observe the long-term curative effect of triple therapy in eradicating Helicobacter pylori (HP) and preventing ulcer recurrence and rebleeding. Methods: 58 patients with hemorrhagic duodenal ulcer with HP infection were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group of 36 cases, with Livzon Delek granules, furazolidone tablets, Tai Weimei tablets for 2 weeks; control group of 22 patients, only Tai Weimei tablets for 2 weeks. After the end of treatment, two groups of patients were re-treated with TST for 2 weeks, 4 weeks after the end of the total regimen, and gastroscope and HP were reviewed every 6 months. Regular follow-up was 2 years. Results: The healing rates of ulcer in treatment group and control group were 100% and 81.8%, respectively. The HP eradication rates were 80.5% and 9.1% respectively. After 2 years of follow-up, the recurrence rate of ulcer in treatment group was 13.9%, the rate of rebleeding was 5.5%, the rate of ulcer recurrence in control group was 90.9% and the rate of rebleeding was 45.4% There was a significant difference with the rate of rebleeding (P <0.05). Conclusion: triple therapy has a good eradication of HP, significantly reduce the recurrence of ulcer and the role of rebleeding, has a good long-term efficacy
