教师人格特质是教师职业所特有的、在教学实践和日常生活中展示出的教师个体所特有的个性特质、气质修养、工作态度、学术作风、管教艺术等显性特质,是教师个体持久的、带有职业倾向性的性格特征,是影响教育教学效果的显著变量,是学生个性的发展、智力发展和学习学习绩效中最为活跃的影响因子。在教学过程中,教师自身便是一种教学资源,不同教师有着不同的教学风格、职业人格形态,会潜移默化地熏陶、感染、影响着学生。
The personality traits of teachers are peculiar to the professions of teachers. The personality traits, temperament cultivation, working attitude, academic style and discipline art which are demonstrated in teaching practice and daily life are the individual characteristics of teachers. Personality traits with occupational preference are significant variables that affect the effectiveness of education and teaching, and are the most influential factors in student personality development, intellectual development and learning and learning performance. In the process of teaching, the teachers themselves are a kind of teaching resource. Different teachers have different teaching styles and occupational personality forms, which will subtly influence, infect and affect the students.
