腹腔镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床分析

【摘要】 目的：探讨子宫肌瘤手术治疗的临床应用价值。方法：对120例经腹腔镜手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者的治疗、病情观察资料进行回顾性分析。结果：120例经腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的患者的术中平均出血为90 ml，手术的平均时间为60 min。其中118例患者在行腹腔镜子宫剔除术或全切术之后全部治愈，顺利康复，剩余2例患者中转开腹，治疗效果满意。120例患者的平均住院时间为4 d。无术时、术后的并发症出现。结
