城镇发生洪涝的客观、主观因素比较复杂,而且不同城镇、不同地域和地貌地物所产生的洪涝原因也不尽相同。近年来,城镇蒙受暴雨洪涝自然灾害,使城镇不仅遭受了巨大的经济损失,而且给城镇的生产、生活造成了严重影响。通过分析城镇洪涝发生的成因,提出防治洪涝的措施,为政府解决大中城镇洪涝问题提供决策依据。
The objective and subjective factors of floods in cities and towns are rather complicated, and the causes of floods caused by different cities and towns, different regions and landforms are also different. In recent years, cities and towns have been hit by natural disasters such as torrential rains and floods, causing the cities and towns not only to suffer huge economic losses, but also to have seriously affected the production and livelihoods of cities and towns. By analyzing the causes of urban floods, we put forward measures to prevent floods and provide decision-making basis for the government to solve the flood problems in large and medium-sized cities.
