目的了解济宁市2005～2009年HIV流行动态及特征。方法对济宁市2005～2009年艾滋病检测结果进行统计分析。结果 5年累计检出HIV感染者181例,其中山东省安康医院吸毒人员检出HIV感染者65例,感染率7.99%;自愿咨询检测HIV抗体阳性4例,感染率为0.48%;艾滋病网络实验室复核并确认HIV感染者112例,感染率47.66%。结论济宁市艾滋病仍处于低感阶段,有快速增长趋势,所以应该积极探讨艾滋病防治对策。
Objective To understand the dynamics and characteristics of HIV epidemic in Jining from 2005 to 2009. Methods A statistical analysis of AIDS test results from 2005 to 2009 in Jining City was conducted. Results A total of 181 cases of HIV infection were detected in 5 years. Among them, 65 cases of HIV infection were detected in Ankang Hospital of Shandong Province, the infection rate was 7.99%; 4 cases were HIV positive by voluntary counseling and testing, the infection rate was 0.48%; AIDS Network Experiment Room review and confirm HIV infection in 112 cases, the infection rate was 47.66%. Conclusion AIDS in Jining is still in a period of low awareness, with a rapid growth trend. Therefore, AIDS prevention and control measures should be actively explored.
