1 引言 螺旋藻是一种海洋生物,目前已可以人工繁殖。它是一种理想的绿色保健营养食品,具有比其它任何食物都丰富的特别均衡的优质蛋白质及各种维生素,微量元素、叶绿素、活性物质,被联合国粮农组织作为一种新的营养向世界推广。它的蛋白质含量为牛肉的3.5倍,含有人体不能合成的8种所需氨基酸、与联合国FAO标准非常接近。一些国家的运动员已经将其用于赛前体能储备及赛后体力恢复。英国、古巴等奥林匹克选手已作为增强运动体能、恢复体力的日常用品。
