病历资料患者,女,27岁,主因停经9个月,双下肢浮肿1个月,外阴水肿2天入院。患者既往无肾脏疾病史,孕早、中期无异常,入院前1个月双下肢水肿,且渐加重,入院前2天外阴水肿,并迅速加重。入院时血压115/70mmHg,体温、呼吸、脉搏正常。双下肢呈凹陷性水肿,外阴极度水肿,皮肤薄亮。产
Patient, female, 27 years old, mainly due to menopause 9 months, edema of both lower extremities 1 month, 2 days of vulvar edema admitted. The patient had no previous history of kidney disease, no abnormalities in early pregnancy and in the middle of pregnancy. She had edema of both lower extremities one month before admission, and gradually became heavier. She developed edema of the vulva 2 days before admission and rapidly exacerbated.
