目的研究肝素聚乳酸微球(HEP-MS)对兔牵引性视网膜脱离(TRD)的防治效果。方法溶媒挥发法制备HEP-MS,扫描电镜观察其形态,比色法测定其体外释放;在兔玻璃体内注入成纤维细胞后,分别注入空白微球,不注入/注入载药微球,观察 TRD发生情况。结果微球球形较好,平均粒径 68. 6μm。对照及载药微球组在 4周末时 TRD的发生率分别为80%和50%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体内一次性注入HEP-MS能够有效地减少TRD的发生。
Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of heparin polylactide microspheres (HEP-MS) on rabbit traction retinal detachment (TRD). Methods HEP-MS was prepared by solvent evaporation method. Morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The fibroblasts were injected into the vitreous of rabbits and injected into the blank microspheres respectively. What happened? Microspheres spherical results better, the average particle size 68. 6μm. The incidence of TRD in control and drug-loaded microsphere group was 80% and 50% at the end of 4 weeks respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Intravitreal injection of HEP-MS can effectively reduce the occurrence of TRD.
