本文对企业家退出经营领域的必然性进行了理论分析,并提出了六种企业家退出模式:彻底退出型、弱股东型、弱员工型、决策指导型、幕后操作型和强权控制型。不同的企业家退出行为将对企业成长产生不同程度的影响,要维持企业的可持续发展就必须建立有效的企业家退出机制,企业家退出经营领域之前要将培育组织能力和培养接班人作为工作的重点。
This paper analyzes the necessity of the entrepreneur withdrawing from the business field and puts forward six exit modes: total exit, weak shareholder, weak employee, decision-making, behind-the-scenes operation and power control.
