通话价格下降和打折对话务量的提升帮助不大,没法抵消价格下降带来的收入减少。目前,运营企业的话务 量经营开始采用新思路,主要就是通过包时段、包月等方式,刺激话务量,降低平均费率,同时保持收入稳 定性。话务量的有效提升成为收入增长的保证。从运营商角度,针对网络经营与网络优化支撑的平衡关系进 行分析。结合当前的运维信息化的趋势,提出了网络运营的技术与市场相结合的综合平衡的思路和提升有效 话务量的市场措施。
Conversely, the drop in call prices and discounts will not help to enhance the traffic volume and will not be able to offset the drop in revenue resulting from price declines. At present, operators start to adopt new ideas in traffic management. The main objective is to stimulate traffic volume and reduce average rates through packet time slots and monthly subscriptions while maintaining the stability of revenue. Effective traffic increase as a guarantee of revenue growth. From the perspective of operators, we analyze the balance between network management and network optimization support. Combined with the current trend of information-based operation and maintenance, this paper proposes an integrated and balanced approach that combines the technology of network operation with the market and the market measures to enhance effective traffic.
