高等职业院校体育课堂教学“提质增效”路径与载体研究

高职体育,是按照教育部要求在高职院校开设的体育课程。从近年来大学生体能测试结果来看,高职生的入学身体素质健康情况日益下滑,而且在经过高职阶段学习后体能测试结果与入学相比还有所下降。本文分析了造成大学生体能测试现状的原因,并提出了体育课程作为大学生体育教育的主渠道,难辞其咎的观点。高职院校以培养德、智、体全面发展的应用型人才为目标,而体育课堂是高职院校进行身心健康教育的主阵地。面对高职院校学生体能健康令人担忧的现状,高职院校不能只重视职业技术的教学,而忽视了学生的全面发展,高职体育课程必须进行反思与改革。提质增效,必然是未来高职院校体育课程内涵建设的目标,迫在眉睫。本文提出的高等职业院校体育课堂教学“提质增效”的途径有:1.增加选修项目,满足学生兴趣选修的需要;2.基于分专业职业体能需求背景下的高职体育课堂的教学改革;3.三课堂相结合的教学组织形式;4.建立健全体育课堂质量管理机制。 Vocational sports, is in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education in the higher vocational colleges to open sports courses. From the physical fitness test results of college students in recent years, the physical fitness of higher vocational students declining, and after the higher vocational school physical fitness test results compared with the enrollment declined. This article analyzes the reasons for the present situation of college students ’physical fitness test, and puts forward the viewpoint that physical education curriculum as the main channel of college students’ physical education and dare to blame. Higher vocational colleges aim at cultivating applied talents with moral, intellectual and physical development. Physical education classrooms are the main front for physical and mental health education in higher vocational colleges. Faced with the worrisome status of physical health of students in higher vocational colleges, vocational colleges can not only emphasize the teaching of vocational skills, but ignore the overall development of students. The physical education curriculum of higher vocational schools must reflect and reform. To improve the quality and efficiency is bound to be the connotation of the physical education curriculum in higher vocational colleges in the future, it is imminent. This article puts forward the higher vocational colleges sports classroom teaching “to improve the quality and efficiency” approach are: 1. To increase elective projects to meet the needs of students interested in electives; 2. Based on professional professional sports ability in the context of vocational education Teaching reform; 3. Three classroom combination of teaching organization; 4. Establish and improve the physical education classroom quality management mechanism.
