一教学设计是一个名词,也是一个动词。当它是名词时,指的就是教案;当它是动词时,指的就是备课。实际上,教学设计是教师每天都要做的事情。不同的教学设计所区别的是态度的优劣、境界的高下,正如同样在砌砖,平凡者以为是在盖房子,卓越者以为是在建宫殿。在一般教师看来,备课就是准备教案,而在优秀教师看来,备课就是教学设计。前者的自我定位是教案准备者,后者的自我定位则是教学设计师。
A teaching design is a noun and a verb. When it is a noun, it refers to a lesson plan; when it is a verb, it means preparing lessons. In fact, instructional design is what teachers do every day. The difference between different teaching designs is the pros and cons of attitudes and the realm of the realm. Just as bricks are built in the same way, ordinary people think that they are building houses. The superior thinks that they are building palaces. In the eyes of ordinary teachers, preparing lessons is preparing lesson plans. In the eyes of good teachers, lesson preparation is instructional design. The former’s self-positioning is a lesson plan preparer, and the latter’s self-positioning is a teaching designer.
