以郑单958为供试品种,采用田间试验与实验室研究相结合的方法,研究不同施肥模式对春玉米干物质累积及转运的影响。结果表明:不同施肥模式下春玉米单位面积和单株干物质积累量高肥高氮均高于优化施氮,除2011年二者差异达显著水平外,其他生育时期差异不显著。吐丝后干物质转运量、转移效率和对子粒贡献率均以优化施氮最高,各器官表现为茎>叶>穗部营养体。完熟期产量高肥高氮比优化施氮高出2.73%(2011年)、0.49%(2012年),并且二者差异达显著水平。
Taking Zhengdan 958 as test variety, the effects of different fertilization modes on dry matter accumulation and translocation in spring maize were studied by field experiments and laboratory studies. The results showed that under the different fertilization modes, the spring maize unit area and the dry matter accumulation per plant were higher than those in the optimized nitrogen application, except for the significant difference between the two in 2011, but no significant difference in other growth stages. After silking, the dry matter translocation, transfer efficiency and the contribution rate to the grain were the highest in the optimized nitrogen application, the organs showed stem> leaf> ear nutrition. The high yield and high N at the mature stage was higher than that of the optimized N application at 2.73% (2011) and 0.49% (2012), and the difference between them was significant.
