针对油水气三相流研究试验平台气体流量调节范围宽、范围度大的问题,提出采用5条支路覆盖所有的流量范围,设计了气相系统原理图及管路布置图,对调节阀的Kv值进行计算并对调节阀的开度进行验算,结果表明部分支路调节阀的开度不合理。通过调整支路数量,重新分配支路流量,使调节阀的开度及实际可调比均合理,最终选定的调节阀性能满足油水气三相流研究试验的要求。
Aiming at the problem that gas flow rate adjustment range is wide and the range is large, aiming at the problem of gas flow rate adjustment range of oil-gas-water three-phase flow test platform, it is proposed that all the flow rate ranges are covered by five branch channels, the gas system schematic diagram and piping layout are designed, The value is calculated and the opening of the regulating valve is checked, the result shows that the opening degree of some branch regulating valves is unreasonable. By adjusting the number of branches and redistributing branch flow, the degree of opening of the control valve and the actual adjustable ratio are all reasonable. The performance of the final selected control valve meets the requirements of the research and test of oil-water vapor three-phase flow.
