目的:观察参附苓术汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭临床疗效。方法:对照组常规西药抗心衰治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加服参附苓术汤治疗。结果:治疗组在改善症状及心功能、左室射血分数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参附苓术汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭能改善临床症状和心功能。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Shen-Fu-Ling-Shu Decoction on chronic congestive heart failure. Methods: The control group of conventional western medicine anti-heart failure treatment; the treatment group in the control group plus serving Shenfu Ling surgery soup. Results: The treatment group was better than the control group in improving symptoms and cardiac function, left ventricular ejection fraction (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenfuling Decoction can improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function in patients with chronic congestive heart failure.
