文中提出了一种新的渗铝方法-辉光加热膏剂渗入法,将涂有渗铝膏剂的试样置于阴极空腔中,在辉光放电作用下实现离子渗铝。渗铝膏剂经优选,选出最佳配方:(wt%)Al 40%,Na_3AlF_6 5%,KBF_4 5%,SiC 50%,用此配方在低碳钢表面1050℃×2h渗铝,其渗铝层厚度可达230μm。渗铝后,试样的抗氧化性可提高2~3倍。此方法具有渗入速度快,表面质量好,可方便地实现局部渗铝等优点。文中还讨论了渗铝机理。
In this paper, a new aluminizing method, glow heating paste infiltration method, is proposed. The sample coated with aluminized paste is placed in the cathode cavity and ionized aluminized under glow discharge. The optimal formula of the aluminizing paste is as follows: Al 40% (wt%), Na 3 AlF 6 6.5%, KBF 5 5% and SiC 50%. The surface of this mild steel is aluminized at 1050 ℃ for 2h. Layer thickness up to 230μm. After aluminizing, the oxidation resistance of the sample can be increased by 2 to 3 times. This method has the advantages of quick infiltration rate, good surface quality, easy local aluminization and the like. The paper also discusses the aluminizing mechanism.
