对从四川省7个县、市收集的39个柑桔溃疡病标样中分离到的16个菌株,经培养性状、形态特征、生理生化、噬菌体敏感性和致病性比较研究,证实均为野油菜黄单胞杆菌柑桔致病变种(柑桔溃疡病菌)[Xanthomonas campestris pv.citri(Hasse)Dye]。并根据它们对25个柑桔品种的致病力及严重感染葡萄柚,可以利用麦芽糖、乳糖和丙二酸盐,在36℃时都能生长的细菌学鉴别特征及其对柑桔噬菌体CP_1、CP_2敏感而对CP_3不敏感等特性,认为四川的溃疡病菌隶属于亚洲菌系即A菌系。
Sixteen strains isolated from 39 citrus canker samples collected from 7 counties and cities of Sichuan Province were confirmed by the comparative study on the traits, morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics, phage susceptibility and pathogenicity Xanthomonas campestris pv. Citri (Hasse) Dye]. Based on their virulence to 25 citrus varieties and their severe infection with grapefruit, the bacteriological characteristics of bacteriocin that could grow at 36 ℃ with maltose, lactose and malonate and their effects on citrus phages CP_1, CP_2 sensitive but insensitive to CP_3 and other characteristics, that the Sichuan canker bacteria belong to the Asian strain that A strain.
