如何激发军队企业和职工积极性,增强企业活力?是人们多年来不断探索的一个重要课题。近年来,我军许多企业在激励管理方面作了大量的尝试。但由于人们的认识不统一,在某些方面搞了些牺牲性的激励管理,即只重视了物质激励而忽视了精神激励。因此,认真研究激励管理,尤其是正确认识激励管理的二重性就显得更加重要。
How to stimulate the enthusiasm of the military enterprises and staff and enhance the vitality of the enterprises? It is an important topic that people have been exploring continuously for many years. In recent years, many enterprises in our army have made a great deal of efforts in encouraging management. However, because people’s understanding is not uniform, they have done some sacrificial incentive management in some aspects, that is, they only pay attention to material incentives and neglect spiritual incentives. Therefore, a careful study of incentive management, especially the correct understanding of the dual nature of incentive management is even more important.
