计算机模拟与优化可有效避免实验设计的盲目性。采用Matlab6.5软件对包覆型短碳纤维的等效电磁参数进行了模拟和计算,并讨论了包覆层体积分数和短碳纤维长径比对等效电磁参数的影响。结果表明:等效介电常数随着包覆层体积分数的增大而增大,短碳纤维的长径比<30时,影响较大。包覆型短碳纤维的等效电磁参数方程的模拟结果与实验结果相对误差小于10%。
Computer simulation and optimization can effectively avoid the blindness of experimental design. The equivalent electromagnetic parameters of the coated short carbon fibers were simulated and calculated by using Matlab6.5 software. The effects of the volume fraction of the coating and the aspect ratio of short carbon fibers on the equivalent electromagnetic parameters were also discussed. The results show that the equivalent dielectric constant increases with the increase of the volume fraction of the coating, and the influence of the aspect ratio of short carbon fibers is less than 30. The relative error between the simulation results and the experimental results of the equivalent electromagnetic parameter equations of the covered short carbon fibers is less than 10%.
