绩效管理是一种促进实现组织目标、对绩效产生全过程进行管理的方法,是现代医院实施科学管理的一个重要方面。由于推行绩效管理能使组织运行更趋科学化、合理化,因而众多医院管理者将绩效管理制度引入本单位,并取得了不错的成就。但由于公立医院具有事业单位的属性和非营利性质,部分公立医院管理者缺乏对绩效管理内涵和重要性的认识,导致绩效管理在公立医院中推行中遇到了一定困难,给医院持续发展产生了一些阻力。
