Radio shortwave communication is a long-distance transmission of information experts, it is the use of a “mirror” hanging in the sky - the ionosphere of the radio waves reflection, the information to thousands of miles away. Ionospheric height and electron density to be affected by solar radiation, with the year, season and day and night vary, making the communication unstable, often when the signal is large and sometimes small or sometimes no phenomenon. In order to achieve stable and reliable long-range radio communications, scientists turned to the plasma and turned to plasma communications.
