文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法就高校学生体育挫折教育进行了研究。高校学生体育挫折教育主要有:利用自然条件进行挫折教育,利用人为情境进行挫折教育,利用指导说教进行挫折教育,利用模范榜样进行挫折教育,利用竞争差距进行挫折教育等。单一方式的体育挫折教育其实施效果不会太明显,很有可能会形成反向效果,造成学生畏惧挫折而不敢直面挫折,而只有将多种方式结合起来,才能达到预期的目的,多种挫折形式兼并是体育挫折教育方式的主要形式,也是体育挫折教育的重要原则。
The article studies the frustration education of college students through the methods of literature review and logical analysis. The main reasons for the frustration education of students in colleges and universities include: frustration education using natural conditions, frustration education using artificial situations, frustration education using instructional preaching, frustration education using model role models and frustration education using competitive disparities. Single-mode sports frustration education will not be too effective in its implementation. It is very likely that the reverse effect will be formed, causing students to be afraid of setbacks instead of confronting setbacks. Only by combining the various ways can the desired goal be achieved. The merger of frustration forms is the main form of sports frustration education and the important principle of sports frustration education.
