钙联蛋白(Calnexin)是一类结构和功能非常保守的分子伴侣,在调控生物代谢和Ca2+信号传导等方面发挥重要作用。本研究通过筛选Yr5近等基因系cDNA文库,分离获得1个钙联蛋白基因,将其命名为TaCNX600.。序列分析发现,该cDNA片段包含1个1 921bp的开放阅读框,推测其编码包含535个氨基酸残基的蛋白质。利用半定量RT-PCR分析该基因的表达谱,发现小麦受到植物激素ABA、低温和干旱胁迫处理后,TaCNX600.的表达受到抑制,而条锈菌小种CYR32和白粉菌混合菌系侵染能诱导TaCNX600.表达量增加,说明小麦钙联蛋白基因TaCNX600.可能在植物防卫反应和抵抗逆境胁迫过程中发挥作用。
Calnexin is a class of molecular chaperone with a very conserved structure and function. It plays an important role in the regulation of biological metabolism and Ca2 + signaling. In this study, a cDNA library of Yr5 near isogenic lines was screened, and one calpain gene was isolated and named as TaCNX600. Sequence analysis revealed that the cDNA fragment contains a 1 921 bp open reading frame, suggesting that it encodes a protein containing 535 amino acid residues. The expression profile of this gene was analyzed by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. It was found that the expression of TaCNX600. Was inhibited by the plant hormone ABA, under the conditions of low temperature and drought stress. The infection ability of stripe rust races CYR32 and powdery mildew mixed strains Induction of TaCNX600 expression increased, indicating that the wheat calpindoxin gene TaCNX600 may play a role in plant defense response and resistance to stress.
