最近,上海市劳动和社会保障局,上海市教育委员会上海市人事局等三部门联合发出《关于规范本市单位接纳学生综合实习活动的通知》一文。这样,从现在起,中专、职校、技校学生的家长们可以放心了:你们的子女在实习时有了保障,任何单位不得再将他们当作廉价劳动力随意使用。《通知》要求,实习单位应当与学校签订协议,内容应包括:学生参加综合实习的期限、学校和实习单位各自管理的职责、实习时间和工作班次的安排、劳动保护用品的提供、实习津贴的发放、伤亡事故的处理,以及其它需要协商的有关事项等。《通知》还对从事工作的范围、实习时间,发放津贴等方面作了具体规定。如岗位限制:实习单位不得让实习生从事法规禁忌的、有损于学生身体健康的劳动,不得安排学
